0.7oz/22ml Round Airtight PP/ABS Twist-Up Stick, Wide 38mm Diameter & Top Fill Design

What this packaging is

A 38mm-wide application surface sets this twist-up stick apart from standard narrow-barrel formats — covering more skin per stroke and making it a natural fit for deodorants, body balms, and face sunscreen. The 0.7oz/22ml Round Airtight PP/ABS Twist-Up Stick pairs ABS and PP construction with a TPE gasket that creates a hermetic seal, locking out air to protect oxidation-sensitive formulas like antiperspirants, face serums, and hair treatments. Made in South Korea, it supports both top and bottom filling — no tooling changes required — adding real flexibility to production lines. Silk screen and heat stamp decoration round out a format built for premium personal care positioning.

Why brands choose this

• Airtight TPE gasket protects sensitive formulas at scale: The hermetic seal isolates the formula chamber from ambient air when closed — critical for antiperspirants, serums, and treatment sticks where oxidation degrades efficacy. This is a meaningful functional upgrade over standard twist-up sticks that lack a sealed closure.
• Top or bottom fill compatibility cuts production friction: The mechanism accepts formula fills from either orientation without tooling changes, which means faster line setup and broader compatibility with existing filling equipment — a real advantage when scaling production or qualifying new fill partners.
• 38mm diameter covers more ground than category-standard sticks: At 38mm outer diameter, this stick delivers a wider applicator surface than the typical 18–25mm twist-up format. For deodorant and balm applications, that translates to fewer strokes, faster consumer application, and a format that feels premium and purposeful on shelf.
