0.5oz/15ml Round Airtight PP/ABS Twist-Up Stick, Bottom Fill

What this packaging is

An airtight seal that actually protects sensitive formulas between uses — that's the defining feature of the 0.5oz/15ml Round Airtight PP/ABS Twist-Up Stick. Built from durable ABS and PP, this bottom-fill stick keeps formula from ever contacting the applicator surface during production, a clean-fill advantage that matters for serums, sunscreens, and other active-forward formats. The stick case seals the formula chamber on close, preventing oxidation and drying — critical for hair balm, perfume stick, blush, bronzer, and face sunscreen applications. Manufactured in South Korea, it supports silk screen and heat stamp decoration for brands that need a polished, customizable retail presence.

Why brands choose this

• Airtight formula protection between every use: The sealed formula chamber closes after each twist-up application, blocking air exposure that degrades sensitive actives, scent compounds, and pigment-based formulas — a real shelf-life advantage for face serums, sunscreens, and perfume sticks where oxidation is a genuine formulation risk.
• Bottom-fill design keeps production hygienic and efficient: Formula is loaded from the base before the twist mechanism is assembled, so it never contacts the applicator surface during filling. This reduces contamination risk at the production stage and supports cleaner manufacturing standards for skin-contact products like blush, bronzer, and face sunscreen.
• One format, six categories — a ranging advantage: This stick covers hair balm, face serum, perfume, blush, bronzer, and sunscreen — formats that typically require different component families. For brand teams building multi-SKU ranges, a single component architecture across categories simplifies vendor management and speeds up development timelines.
