15g Refillable ABS Round Cushion Compact, Pebble-Shaped Case with Mirror

What this packaging is

A smooth, organic pebble silhouette sets this compact apart before a consumer even opens it. The 15g Refillable ABS Round Cushion Compact uses bi-injection moulding to fuse a soft-touch tactile layer directly onto a hard structural shell, creating a two-material construction without a separate coating step. At 87.5mm in diameter, the format is generously sized for full-coverage BB cream, CC cream, foundation, blush, bronzer, and face sunscreen. The lid opens to an integrated mirror, and the inner PP case accepts a standard sponge, mesh, and aluminum godet refill assembly for straightforward reuse. Manufactured in South Korea, this compact gives brand teams a premium, refillable cushion format with real shelf presence.

Why brands choose this

• Bi-injection construction delivers soft-touch without a coating process: The pebble silhouette is formed by moulding a tactile soft layer directly onto the structural ABS shell in one step. Brands get a premium, differentiated hand-feel and a proprietary organic shape that reads as high-end on shelf — without the added cost or quality-control variables of a post-mould coating.
• Refill-ready design supports circular beauty and repeat purchase: The outer shell is built for reuse, accepting a drop-in godet refill assembly — sponge, mesh, and aluminum cup included. As refillable beauty continues to gain ground with consumers and retail buyers alike, this format gives brand teams a credible, functional sustainability story backed by real product architecture.
• 87.5mm format signals value and suits full-coverage formulas: At this diameter, the compact sits at the larger end of cushion formats, which communicates generosity and premium positioning at point of purchase. The applicator surface area is well-suited to BB cream, jelly foundation, and SPF formulas where blendability and coverage speed matter to the end consumer.
