15g Refillable Round ABS Cushion Compact with SAN Deco-Plate Lid, Hinged Inner Cover & Mirror

What this packaging is

A side-button release swings the upper lid open on a hinge, revealing a built-in mirror and a secondary hinged inner cover that protects the cushion reservoir beneath — that layered architecture is what sets this 15g Refillable Round ABS Cushion Compact apart. A drop-in PP inner case holds the cushion and lifts out cleanly for refill, while the ABS outer shell and SAN deco-plate lid stay in rotation. The flush-set deco-plate sits inside a metal rim on the lid top, giving brands a printable canvas for custom branding. Manufactured in South Korea, it suits BB cream, CC cream, foundation, blush, bronzer, and jelly foundation launches where a refillable format supports both consumer loyalty and sustainability goals.

Why brands choose this

• Refillable drop-in system supports repeat purchase and brand loyalty: The lift-out PP inner case makes refilling intuitive — no tools, no friction. As consumers respond to sustainability-driven purchasing, a compact they keep and refill creates a natural repurchase cycle and opens the door to a dedicated refill SKU strategy.
• SAN deco-plate turns the lid into a branding canvas: The flush-set decorative panel inside the metal-rimmed lid accepts custom printing, giving brand teams a high-visibility surface for logos, patterns, or limited-edition artwork without full tooling investment — a real advantage for seasonal collections or brand collaborations.
• Multi-format versatility across color and complexion categories: This compact is sized and structured to work across BB cream, CC cream, foundation, blush, bronzer, and jelly foundation — meaning one compact architecture can anchor an entire complexion range, simplifying development and reducing tooling costs across a brand's portfolio.
