15g Refillable ABS Round Pact Cushion Compact with Push-Button Opening with Aluminum Godet Refill Option

What this packaging is

A push-button hinge release sets this compact apart the moment a consumer picks it up — one thumb, no fumbling, lid swings open to reveal a full interior mirror and 15g cushion reservoir below. The 15g Refillable ABS Round Pact Cushion Compact holds an aluminum godet insert that lifts out cleanly, letting brands offer a swap-in refill while the outer ABS/PCTG case stays in use. That aluminum godet also unlocks balm-type formulas alongside standard liquid cushion formats — broadening the platform beyond foundation and BB cream into blush, bronzer, and pressed applications. Manufactured in South Korea, this compact suits brands building a refill program with serious shelf credibility.

Why brands choose this

• Refill-ready design unlocks a reuse story: The lift-out aluminum godet makes it simple to offer a branded refill SKU — reducing waste, supporting sustainability goals, and creating a natural repeat-purchase mechanic that subscription and loyalty programs can build around.
• Aluminum godet expands formula range beyond standard cushion: Most cushion compacts are limited to liquid or sponge formats. The aluminum insert here supports balm-type formulas too, giving brand teams one compact platform to range across BB cream, foundation, blush, bronzer, and even balm — fewer tooling investments, broader product potential.
• One-handed push-button opening matches how consumers actually use it: The push-button hinge mechanism is a real consumer experience upgrade — slim profile, instant access, no prying at a tight seam. In a category where on-the-go touch-ups are the primary use case, that kind of frictionless opening drives format loyalty.
