1.7oz/50ml Refillable PET Airless Jar with Refillable Insert & Hygienic Touch Pump, Available with PCR Plastic

What this packaging is

A hygienic touch pump that only dispenses on direct contact — that's the detail that sets this 1.7oz/50ml Refillable PET Airless Jar apart. Designed for face moisturizer, the airless mechanism keeps formula sealed from air exposure between uses, extending shelf life and protecting sensitive actives. The PET outer jar is built to be reused across multiple fill cycles, while the inner refill insert — available with PCR PP content — simply swaps out when empty. Manufactured in South Korea, it supports silk screen and heat stamp decoration. For brands building a premium, refill-forward moisturizer line with a credible sustainability story, this jar delivers on both fronts.

Why brands choose this

• Dual sustainability story built into one pack: The refillable outer jar reduces packaging waste across the product lifecycle, while the replaceable inner insert is available with PCR PP material — giving brands two distinct, tangible sustainability claims to communicate rather than one vague eco-gesture.
• Hygienic touch nozzle protects sensitive and active formulas: The dispensing nozzle requires deliberate contact to activate, preventing accidental dispensing and limiting how often the formula is exposed to the environment — a meaningful functional advantage for high-performance moisturizers with actives that degrade on contact with air or repeated handling.
• Refill-ready format unlocks subscription and loyalty mechanics: As the refillable beauty segment accelerates, a premium outer jar designed to be kept and refilled supports repeat-purchase models, brand loyalty programs, and a more considered consumer relationship — the kind of ritual-driven packaging experience that resonates strongly in prestige skincare.
