1.2oz/35ml PP Peanut-Shaped Sunscreen Stick with Elastomer Applicator Tip

What this packaging is

A non-porous elastomer tip sets this sunscreen stick apart — it wipes clean between users instead of absorbing formula like a sponge applicator. The 1.2oz/35ml PP Peanut-Shaped Sunscreen Stick with Elastomer Applicator Tip features a flat-sided oval cross-section that prevents rolling and fits naturally in hand during application. Built from polypropylene and available with 30% PCR content, it supports eco-conscious positioning in a sun care category where sustainability claims are increasingly expected. The twist-up base advances formula precisely, and decoration via silk screen or heat stamping makes customization straightforward. Ideal for face sunscreen and deodorant brands looking to combine hygienic application with a shelf-ready, ergonomic form.

Why brands choose this

• Hygienic applicator built for shared-use contexts: The non-porous elastomer tip resists formula absorption and wipes clean easily — a meaningful differentiator for family sunscreen products or any SKU likely to be passed between users, where sponge-style applicators raise hygiene concerns.
• Oval form factor that works as hard as it looks: The flat-sided oval cross-section prevents the stick from rolling off surfaces and mirrors the natural grip position during application — reducing fumbling and improving the in-use experience at a moment when consumers' hands are already busy.
• 30% PCR PP aligns with sun care's sustainability moment: Available with 30% post-consumer recycled polypropylene, this stick supports credible eco claims in a category where environmentally conscious shoppers are actively scrutinizing packaging — giving brands a specific, verifiable sustainability story to tell.
