3.8g ABS Square Lipstick with 12.1mm PP Bullet Cup & Magnetic Snap

What this packaging is

A sharp square silhouette and satisfying magnetic snap closure set this lipstick component apart from the standard round tube. The 3.8g ABS Square Lipstick pairs a rigid ABS cap, inner body, and base with a 12.1mm PP bullet cup, giving brands a compact, shelf-ready format that feels premium to pick up. The twist-up mechanism is smooth, and the magnetic snap delivers an audible, tactile close that consumers notice. At 2.93 inches tall, it fits comfortably in hand and bag. Decoration options including silk screen print, heat stamping, and electroplating make it easy to own the look for a bold lip launch.

Why brands choose this

• Magnetic snap closure builds brand perception: The audible, tactile close of a magnetic snap is a detail consumers feel every time they cap their lipstick. In a market where tactile cues drive perceived quality, that moment of closure is a small but real differentiator at the counter and in the daily routine.
• Square format stands out on a shelf full of rounds: The vast majority of lipstick tubes are cylindrical, so a square cross-section gives brands an ownable silhouette that reads as distinct without requiring custom tooling. It's a straightforward way to signal something different before the consumer even reads the label.
• Broad decoration compatibility supports bold brand expression: Silk screen print, heat stamping, and electroplating are all on the table, which means brands can go minimalist with a single stamped logo or fully graphic with an all-over print. That flexibility makes this component a practical fit for everything from indie launches to seasonal limited editions.
