19mm 0.2-0.8oz (6ml-24ml) PE Deco Touch Tube

What this packaging is

A flocked tip applicator with soft TPU finish sets this PE tube apart — delivering smooth, controlled dispensing for low-to-medium viscosity formulas like concealer, foundation, and face serum. The Quadpack 19mm PE Deco Touch Tube offers capacities from 6ml to 24ml in a slim 19mm diameter, available in monolayer or co-ex builds to suit your formula compatibility needs. An on-off leak-proof system keeps things mess-free, while finish options — glossy, matte, soft touch, or pearly — plus silk screen, heat stamp, and offset print decoration give brands real shelf flexibility. PCR content can be incorporated for brands with sustainable sourcing goals. Purpose-built for complexion and serum categories where precision application and premium aesthetics drive purchase.

Why brands choose this

• Applicator design built for complexion rituals: The integrated flocking tip with soft TPU finish mirrors how consumers expect to apply concealer and foundation — directly, precisely, and without mess. As applicator-integrated formats gain traction in the complexion category, this tube removes the need for separate tools and reduces friction at point of use.
• Decoration versatility that supports strong brand expression: Silk screen, heat stamping, and offset print options combined with four distinct finish choices — glossy, matte, soft touch, and pearly — give product developers meaningful room to differentiate on-shelf without sourcing additional components or secondary packaging.
• PCR-compatible construction for brands with sustainability commitments: The PE tube can be produced with recycled content incorporated, making it a practical option for brand teams working toward post-consumer material targets — without sacrificing the soft-touch finishes or decoration quality the format is known for.
