2.7oz / 80ml PP Straight Sided Duetto Jar

What this packaging is

A double-chamber design sets this jar apart from anything else on the skincare shelf. The 2.7oz / 80ml PP Straight Sided Duetto Jar by Quadpack splits into two equal 40ml compartments, letting brands house two formulas — think day and night creams, a mask and activator, or cleanser and balm — in a single straight-sided container. Built from PP with a double-wall construction, it's finished to order in matte or metallized surfaces and accepts silk screen, heat stamp, labeling, or spray coating. PCR content is available for brands with material reduction commitments. For face cream, face mask, hair mask, or makeup remover lines where dual-formula storytelling is the product concept, this jar makes that narrative impossible to miss.

Why brands choose this

• Dual-chamber format unlocks genuine product innovation: The split 40ml + 40ml chamber design lets brands launch two-part skincare systems, contrast textures, or A+B formulas in a single SKU — a format differentiator that's nearly impossible to replicate with standard jar packaging and creates a built-in consumer story at point of sale.
• Decoration versatility supports any brand aesthetic: Matte and metallized surface finishes, plus compatibility with silk screen print, heat stamping, labeling, and spray coating, give creative teams real flexibility — whether the goal is a clinical minimalism or a premium retail presence across face cream, hair mask, or makeup remover lines.
• PCR content available for brands with sustainability targets: This PP jar can be sourced with PCR content included, giving brand teams a credible material reduction story to support ESG commitments or retailer sustainability requirements — without compromising the rigid structure or finish quality the double-wall construction delivers.
