0.2oz / 5ml PET Square Emerald Lip Stick

What this packaging is

A square silhouette sets this lipstick component apart from the standard cylindrical crowd. The Quadpack 0.2oz/5ml PET Square Lip Stick is a rigid PET lipstick component with a POM-free mechanism, built for color cosmetics, solid fragrance, and skincare stick formats. At 0.87" wide and 2.76" tall, it's compact without feeling insubstantial. Finish options span glossy, matte, soft-touch, and metallized, with decoration compatibility including heat stamping, screen print, digital print, and gradient — real range for brand expression. PCR content can be incorporated for brands tracking material commitments. For color cosmetics brands after distinctive shelf presence with decoration flexibility, this is a strong canvas.

Why brands choose this

• Geometry that earns shelf standout: Square lipstick packaging is a genuine departure from category convention — most lip products live in round tubes. That angular profile creates instant visual differentiation at shelf and signals a more considered, design-led brand aesthetic without requiring custom tooling.
• Decoration breadth for serious brand expression: Compatible with heat stamping, silk screen, digital print, spray coating, and gradient finishes across glossy, matte, soft-touch, and metallized surfaces — this component supports a wide range of brand aesthetics from understated luxury to bold limited-edition drops, all from one base component.
• PCR material option supports sustainability commitments: Available with PCR content for brands working toward recycled material targets. PET is also a widely recycled resin, making this a practical choice for brand teams building products with end-of-life considerations built into the brief.
