0.2oz / 5ml PET Cylinder Emerald Refillable Lip Stick

What this packaging is

Refillable construction sets this cylindrical lipstick component apart — the twist-and-lock bullet replacement mechanism makes swapping formulas genuinely simple, not fussy. The Quadpack 0.2oz/5ml PET Cylinder Emerald Lip Stick is built from monomaterial PET, which means PCR content can be incorporated for brands with sustainability commitments. At 0.87" diameter and 2.81" tall, it hits the sweet spot for standard lipstick dimensions, and its automated filling-compatible structure keeps production efficient. Four finish options — Glossy, Soft Touch, Matte, and Metallized — plus five decoration methods give color cosmetics brands serious room to differentiate on shelf.

Why brands choose this

• Refillable design unlocks a reuse and repurchase story: The twist-and-lock bullet replacement isn't just a functional feature — it's a brand narrative. As refillable beauty gains real traction with consumers, this component lets brands build subscription or refill pod programs around a package worth keeping.
• Monomaterial PET with PCR option supports credible sustainability claims: Single-material construction simplifies end-of-life sorting, and the ability to incorporate PCR content means brands can make specific, verifiable material reduction claims rather than vague eco-positioning. That specificity matters more than ever with scrutiny on greenwashing increasing.
• Four finishes and five decoration methods cover nearly every brand aesthetic: From Metallized for a luxury play to Soft Touch for a modern matte sensibility, plus Silk Screen, Heat Stamping, Digital Print, Gradient, and Spray Coating — this component can be dialed into a prestige counter launch or a bold indie brand without needing a different base component.
