12oz /355ml 89-400 PP Straight Sided Wide Mouth Jar

What this packaging is

A wide 89-400 neck finish and straight-sided double-wall construction make this 12oz / 355ml jar built for thick, heavy formulas that lesser packaging can't handle. The 12oz 89-400 PP Straight Sided Wide Mouth Jar is made in the USA from polypropylene, measuring 3.49" tall and 3.7" in diameter — proportions that sit confidently on shelf and work well on the filling line. Compatible with a range of closures and decoration-ready for labels or Tampo pad printing, it's a natural fit for body scrubs, hair masks, body butters, and gummies. Available with PCR content or a bio-based material option for brands with sustainability goals.

Why brands choose this

• USA-made reliability for domestic brands: Manufactured in the USA, this jar shortens lead times, simplifies supply chain logistics, and removes the uncertainty of overseas sourcing — a meaningful advantage for brands managing tight launch windows.
• Wide mouth and straight sides designed for thick formulas: The 89-400 neck finish opens up filling and consumer access for dense textures like body scrubs, butters, and hair masks, while the double-wall straight-sided structure keeps the jar stable under production conditions and on retail shelves.
• Sustainable material options to meet brand commitments: Available with PCR content or a bio-based material alternative, this jar gives brand teams a credible path toward meaningful sustainability goals without sacrificing the structural performance PP delivers.
