7ml Square PETG Lip Gloss Tube with Custom Color Collar & Doe Foot Applicator

What this packaging is

Square geometry in a category full of cylinders — that's the first thing you notice about the 7ml Square PETG Lip Gloss Tube with Custom Color Collar & Doe Foot Applicator. The angular silhouette isn't just a visual move; it creates natural shelf separation and sits flat without rolling. At 7ml, the capacity hits the sweet spot for lip gloss and concealer formats. PETG keeps it lightweight and shatter-resistant while maintaining the clarity that lets the shade sell itself before the cap even comes off. The custom color collar opens up a brand personalization layer without a full custom mold, and compatibility with silk screen printing and heat stamping means your branding can go as bold or refined as the line calls for.

Why brands choose this

• Shelf standout through square format: In a lip gloss category almost entirely built around cylindrical tubes, this square profile creates instant visual differentiation — both on-shelf and in flat-lay content — without requiring a proprietary mold investment.
• Clear PETG body lets the shade close the sale: Consumers increasingly want to see what they're buying before committing, and the transparent PETG construction does exactly that — the product color is visible through the body, acting as a built-in purchase trigger that's especially powerful for lip gloss and tinted concealer SKUs.
• Custom color collar adds brand identity without full tooling: The color-matched collar is a targeted personalization touchpoint that lets brand teams differentiate across shades or collections — pair that with silk screen print and heat stamping compatibility, and a single component can carry a whole range's visual system.
