7ml Square PETG Lip Gloss Tube with Custom Color Collar & Doe Foot Applicator

What this packaging is

A square silhouette sets this lip gloss tube apart on a shelf full of rounds — and that geometry is just the beginning. The 7ml Square PETG Lip Gloss Tube with Custom Color Collar & Doe Foot Applicator brings a distinctive angular profile to lip gloss and concealer packaging, with a customizable collar that lets brands dial in their exact color story without heavy decoration investment. Choose from Paddle, Jumbo, or Classic doe foot applicators depending on your formula and finish. Compatible with silk screen print and heat stamping, it's a genuinely flexible canvas for brands building a cohesive, shelf-ready lip collection.

Why brands choose this

• Ownable square silhouette in a round-dominated category: Most lip gloss tubes default to a cylindrical shape — this square format creates immediate shelf differentiation and a more premium, architectural look that reinforces a brand's visual identity without requiring elaborate decoration.
• Three applicator styles for formula-forward customization: The choice of Paddle, Jumbo, or Classic doe foot applicators isn't cosmetic — it directly affects how your formula performs at application. Brands developing glosses with different viscosities or finishes can match the applicator style to the consumer experience they're designing for.
• Custom color collar as a low-cost branding lever: The color-matched collar gives brand teams a fast, cost-effective way to build visual cohesion across a lip range — swapping collar colors to differentiate shades or sub-lines without changing the primary component, which simplifies SKU management and keeps tooling costs down.
