5ml Square PETG Lip Gloss Tube with Custom Color Collar, Tall Cap & Doe Foot Applicator

What this packaging is

A color-customizable collar sets this lip gloss tube apart on shelf — giving brands a built-in differentiation tool without requiring a full custom component. The 5ml Square PETG Lip Gloss Tube features a tall cap, a square silhouette, and your choice of doe foot applicator: Paddle, Jumbo, or Slanted Classic, so the application experience can match your formulation. At 0.17oz, the compact format travels easily and fits the everyday lip routine. PETG construction keeps the formula visible and the tube durable. Compatible with silk screen print and UV coating, it works for lip gloss and concealer brands ready to build a recognizable, cohesive lineup.

Why brands choose this

• Ownable shelf presence through color-matched collars: The custom color collar lets brands code by shade, collection, or season — a built-in visual system that creates shelf cohesion without a full packaging overhaul. It's a low-effort, high-impact way to stand out in a crowded lip category.
• Three doe foot options match applicator to formula: Paddle, Jumbo, and Slanted Classic applicators aren't interchangeable — each one suits a different texture and application ritual. Choosing the right tip improves the consumer experience at the moment of use, which matters for reviews, retention, and repurchase.
• Square silhouette doubles as a concealer-ready format: The square tube shape is a genuine category differentiator in a market full of round barrels — it signals precision and modernity, and its dual use across lip gloss and concealer gives brand developers an efficient way to range across two categories with a single component.
