3ml Square PETG Lip Gloss Tube with Cylindrical Inner & Doe Foot Applicator

What this packaging is

Clear PETG construction does something most lip gloss tubes can't — it lets the consumer see exactly what shade they're picking up before the first application. The 3ml Square PETG Lip Gloss Tube with Cylindrical Inner & Doe Foot Applicator brings a distinctive square silhouette to a format category dominated by round barrels, creating immediate shelf differentiation. At 3ml, the compact size is right-sized for lip gloss and concealer. Finish options span metalized, matte, and glossy, with silk screen and heat stamp compatibility built in. An aluminum shell cap and top-fill design round out a component built for efficient production and strong brand expression.

Why brands choose this

• Square barrel in a round-barrel category: The angular silhouette breaks from the standard round lip gloss tube format, giving brands a shelf-presence advantage that's immediately noticeable in a display tray or flat-lay — a meaningful edge as visual differentiation drives purchase decisions in lip category retail.
• Clear-base consumer confidence built in: PETG's inherent transparency lets consumers see the actual shade or formula before buying, reducing purchase hesitation. As "what you see is what you get" transparency becomes a stronger purchase driver in lip and complexion, this format delivers that cue without extra engineering.
• Decoration versatility for brand customization: Compatible with silk screen printing and heat stamping across metalized, matte, and glossy finishes, this tube gives brand teams real options for translating visual identity onto a small-format component — without having to source decoration separately or compromise on finish quality.
