3.8ml Cylinder PETG Lip Gloss & Concealer Tube with Custom Color Over-Shell, Short Cap & Doe Foot Applicator

What this packaging is

A custom color over-shell changes everything for brands that want cohesive visual identity without investing in custom tooling. The 3.8ml Cylinder PETG Lip Gloss & Concealer Tube delivers exactly that — a compact, durable PETG tube designed for lip gloss and concealer, dressed in your brand's color story right out of the gate. The doe foot applicator comes in paddle and precision pointed tip styles, giving formulators flexibility across product types and textures. Silk screen printing and heat stamping round out the decoration options. A smart, shelf-ready format for brands building a coordinated lip or complexion range.

Why brands choose this

• Color cohesion without custom molds: The custom color over-shell lets brands match their packaging to existing color stories or seasonal palettes without the cost or lead time of bespoke tooling — a real advantage when ranging across a lip or complexion collection.
• Two-category versatility in one SKU: Designed for both lip gloss and concealer, this tube gives product development teams a single component that works across two distinct cosmetic categories, simplifying vendor relationships and streamlining component inventory.
• Applicator choice that follows the formula: With paddle and precision pointed tip doe foot options available, brands can match the applicator to the product's texture and application ritual — broader coverage for gloss, controlled precision for concealer — improving the consumer experience at point of use.
