3.6g ABS Hourglass Lipstick with 12.1mm Aluminum Bullet Cup

What this packaging is

An hourglass silhouette that pinches at the waist and flares at both ends instantly sets this lipstick tube apart from every standard cylinder on shelf. The 3.6g ABS Hourglass Lipstick features a 12.1mm aluminum bullet cup — giving the interior a premium tactile contrast to the ABS body — with a tapered conical cap that completes the sculptural look. A twist-up mechanism and top-fill compatibility keep production straightforward despite the distinctive form. Decoration flexibility is broad: metalized, matte, glossy, or textured finishes pair with heat stamping, laser engraving, silk screen printing, and more. For lipstick brands ready to own their shelf presence without reinventing their fill weight, this is the tube that earns a second look.

Why brands choose this

• Ownable silhouette competitors can't easily replicate: The pinched-waist hourglass shape is a proprietary departure from the cylindrical lipstick tubes that dominate most cosmetic aisles — giving brands a shelf identity that's instantly recognizable without requiring custom tooling from scratch.
• Aluminum bullet cup adds a tactile premium signal: The 12.1mm aluminum cup creates a material contrast inside an ABS body, giving the product a weight and feel at point of use that communicates quality — aligning with consumer expectations in a lipstick category where sensory experience at first touch drives purchase confidence.
• Broad decoration range supports any brand aesthetic: With six decoration techniques available — including laser engraving, electroplating, heat stamping, and UV coating — across matte, glossy, metalized, and textured finishes, brand teams can execute everything from clean minimalism to bold luxury without switching components.
