Monomaterial Wood 70-400 WOODRING ™ Threaded Closure

What this packaging is

Patented internal threading cut directly into solid wood — no plastic inserts, no liners, no adhesives — makes the WOODRING™ Monomaterial Wood 70-400 Threaded Closure a genuinely rare find in sustainable packaging. Engineered for 70-400 neck finishes on wide-mouth jars, this FSC-certified wood closure is 100% bio-based and fully recyclable, supporting zero-waste and refillable system strategies. Manufactured in Italy and the USA, it brings consistent craftsmanship and reduced carbon transport to brands that care about both. Ideal for face moisturizers, body scrubs, hair treatments, and wellness products — this is the cap that turns a jar into a brand statement.

Why brands choose this

• True monomaterial construction — no hidden plastic: The patented threading system is cut directly into the wood, eliminating inserts, liners, and adhesives entirely. That means a single-material end-of-life story that holds up to scrutiny — a rare credibility win for clean beauty and zero-waste brands making real sustainability claims.
• Decoration depth that matches premium positioning: Laser engraving, heat stamping, silk screen, embossing, and multiple finishing options mean the natural wood grain becomes a canvas — not a limitation. For face moisturizer, body scrub, and wellness brands, this level of customization on a wide-mouth jar closure creates immediate shelf differentiation.
• Manufactured in Italy and the USA for quality and supply chain confidence: Dual-origin manufacturing across two regions known for craftsmanship and standards reduces risk for brands sourcing at scale. With an 8–10 week lead time on made-to-order runs, teams can plan launches with clarity — and communicate a credible provenance story to conscious consumers.
