Monomaterial Wood 38-400 CORDISK Threaded Closure with Cork Sealing Disc

What this packaging is

Fully bio-based and built without a single synthetic liner, the Monomaterial Wood 38-400 CORDISK Threaded Closure with Cork Sealing Disc replaces conventional plastic caps with FSC-certified wood and a natural cork sealing disc — no adhesives, no composites, no compromises. Available in Ash, Beech, Mahogany, and more, it fits standard 38-400 neck finishes across facial care, lip treatments, body lotions, and wellness formats like vitamins and gummies. Finished with laser engraving, heat stamping, silk screen, or embossing, every detail can be dialed to brand spec. Made to order in Italy and the USA, this closure is built for brands where sustainability isn't a claim — it's the product.

Why brands choose this

• Genuinely monomaterial — no synthetic liners or adhesives: The cork sealing disc replaces composite or plastic liners entirely, keeping the closure fully bio-based and recyclable. That's a real differentiator for clean beauty and circular design commitments, not just a label claim.
• Decoration depth that protects wood's premium signal: Laser engraving, heat stamping, embossing, silk screen, and multiple finishing options let brands work with the wood's natural texture rather than against it — delivering shelf presence that plastic closures simply can't replicate.
• Cross-category range with one cohesive closure: From lip and face moisturizer to body scrub, hair treatments, vitamins, and gummies, this 38-400 closure spans skincare, haircare, and wellness — giving brand teams a unified design element across an entire product range without switching suppliers.
