Product Description

This pipette with item code RGB02D3A034-200 is specifically for the Miron dropper bottle Orion 15 ml: Tamper-evident pipette series III, DIN18, PP, black matt, ribbed, black bulb NBR 0.7 ml, straight tip. The Type III series has a ribbed ring and has a tamper-evident cap. Tamper-evident means that they have a plastic ring at the bottom of the cap that breaks after the first time opening. They act as quality control for the customer. An intact ring means the bottle has not been opened before. A dropper also ensures that your product does not get contaminated during use. Indeed, only the drop will touch the specific body part (skin, mouth, etc.) concerned which leaves the pipette intact. A pipette dropper is generally made from three parts: a rubber bulb, a hole cap (the body), and the pipette. The bulb is made out of rubber and controls the dosage. Simply put: The bigger the bulb, the bigger the dosage. This particular bulb has a dosage of 0.7 ml. NBR, nitrile rubber bulb, is a specialized bulb for oil-based and high acidity liquids. If you wonder what acidity level is high or low, the answer is not as straightforward as it may seem. A general rule of thumb is: The purer the product, and the fewer oils or alcohols are added, the higher the acidity level. But every product is different. Just as the bulb, the size of the glass tube is essential for getting the dosage right. Either the glass tube holds the right amount of millilitres, or the tube is marked to help your customer's dosage. This pipette is unmarked and has a conical tip. This means the shape releases all the product at one. When you want to release perfect drops, you can check out our collection of bent spherical tips. Make sure to test your pipette closure and bottle for your specific product to ensure the right consumer experience and quality performance.
Miron Violetglass offers a selection of high-quality pipette droppers with accompanying dropper bottles tailored to your natural product's needs and customers' wishes. There is no one size fits all solution for choosing a pipette dropper, and that's why our sales representatives gladly share their know-how and experience with you to help you make that decision.
