35.0mm 1.2-6.4oz (35ml-189ml) Opthalmic Tip PE Tube

What this packaging is

A precision ophthalmic tip sets this PE tube apart, purpose-built for accurate dispensing around the eyes and other delicate facial zones. The 35.0mm Ophthalmic Tip PE Tube is available in capacities from 35ml to 189ml with an oval silhouette that sits naturally in hand. Construction options span monolayer, co-extrusion, ABL, and PBL, giving brand teams real flexibility across formulation types. Decoration runs the full range: offset, silk screen, heat stamp, digital print, glossy, matte, or soft-touch finishes. Suited for eye cream, eye serum, face serum, and sunscreen, this tube brings clinical precision to elevated skincare and sun care packaging.

Why brands choose this

• Precision tip built for eye-area application: The ophthalmic tip isn't a generic nozzle — it's engineered to deliver controlled, targeted dispensing right where consumers need it most. As eye serum and eye cream continue to surge in the skincare market, packaging that signals clinical accuracy at point of use drives consumer confidence and reinforces the product's efficacy story.
• Four construction formats in one platform: Monolayer, co-ex, ABL, and PBL options under a single component design means brand teams can match tube construction to formula chemistry without switching suppliers or tooling. That kind of flexibility compresses development timelines and keeps vendor relationships simple.
• Broad capacity range spans multiple product formats: Running from 35ml to 189ml within the same tube family, this component can anchor an entire skincare range — from a compact eye treatment to a full-size sunscreen. Ranging across SKUs without sourcing a new tube each time is a genuine development and cost efficiency for growing brands.
