22.0mm 0.3-1.2oz (9ml-35ml) Ophthalmic Tip PE Tube

What this packaging is

A precision ophthalmic tip sets this PE tube apart, delivering the kind of controlled, targeted dispensing that minimizes waste and suits delicate application zones around the eyes and lips. The 22.0mm 0.3–1.2oz (9ml–35ml) Ophthalmic Tip PE Tube is available in lengths from 48mm to 118mm and supports monolayer, co-ex, ABL, and PBL constructions for broad formula compatibility. Customizable via offset and silk screen printing, it works across eye cream, face serum, lip balm, hand cream, sunscreen, and more. For brands building a tightly edited skincare line with precise application at its core, this tube covers a lot of ground.

Why brands choose this

• Ophthalmic tip drives precise, waste-free application: The narrow ophthalmic tip gives consumers pin-point control over how much product they dispense and where it goes — a meaningful advantage for eye creams and serums where over-application is a common frustration. As consumers grow more ingredient-savvy and value-conscious, packaging that helps them use less and get more resonates strongly at shelf.
• Multi-construction compatibility reduces formulation risk: Support for monolayer, co-ex, ABL, and PBL tube constructions means brand teams can match the tube to their specific formula chemistry rather than reformulating around a single material option. That flexibility compresses development timelines and simplifies line extensions across skincare, sun care, and color cosmetics.
• Broad capacity and length range supports full-line ranging: With fill volumes from 9ml to 35ml and lengths from 48mm to 118mm, a single tube format can span travel-size and full-size SKUs within the same visual system. For brand teams developing a cohesive skincare range across eye cream, moisturizer, hand cream, and sunscreen, that consistency across sizes simplifies packaging decisions and reduces supplier touchpoints.
