What this packaging is

Thick-wall glass construction gives this 1.7oz (50ml) specialty jar a heft and optical clarity that immediately signals premium skincare — before a single word of copy is read. The 1.7oz Glass Specialty Jar with Tapered Cylindrical Closure from Likun Packaging features a distinctive tapered cylindrical closure and compact 2.69-inch diameter footprint built for face moisturizers, eye creams, face masks, and scrubs. Decoration options include frosted, metallized, and soft-touch finishes plus laser carving and electroplating, giving brand teams serious customization range. Made to order with closure options in ABS, PE, or PP, this jar is designed for brands ready to build a recognizable shelf presence in premium facial care.

Why brands choose this

• Ownable silhouette that earns shelf standout: The tapered cylindrical closure and specialty glass profile create a distinctly non-commodity look that competitors can't easily replicate off the shelf — a real advantage when brand differentiation is doing heavy lifting at retail or in unboxing moments.
• Decoration depth that supports serious brand building: Frosted, metallized, and soft-touch surface finishes paired with laser carving and electroplating capabilities mean this jar can be dialed in to match a wide range of brand aesthetics — from clinical minimalism to luxe editorial — without requiring a bespoke mold.
• Weighted glass construction that converts at point of touch: Consumers shopping premium skincare increasingly expect tactile proof of quality — and thick-wall glass delivers it the moment someone picks up the jar. That physical weight and clarity reinforces perceived value for eye creams and face moisturizers in a category where trust drives repurchase.
