16.9oz/500ml 33-400 HDPE Cylinder Bottle with Saddle Head PP Lotion Pump

What this packaging is

A clean cylinder silhouette and an integrated saddle-head PP lotion pump make this 500ml HDPE bottle a natural fit for high-volume bath and body lines. The saddle-head pump delivers controlled, ergonomic dispensing that consumers expect from a full-size shower product. At 79mm diameter and 165mm height, the proportions work well on both retail shelves and in-shower caddies. The 33-400 neck finish ensures broad pump and closure compatibility. Produced in China, it suits brands scaling body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hair treatment ranges. Decoration options including silk screen printing, labels, and soft-touch surface finish give brand teams real shelf-presence flexibility.

Why brands choose this

• Saddle-head pump drives consumer adoption at scale: The integrated saddle-head PP lotion pump is purpose-built for shower-routine products, delivering a one-handed, controlled dose that reduces waste and matches the dispensing ritual consumers already expect from full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash formats.
• Cylinder profile and 500ml capacity match category norms precisely: A 79mm diameter cylinder at 500ml hits the sweet spot for retail bath and body sizing, meaning the format immediately reads as a credible, shelf-ready product without requiring consumer education on how to use it.
• Broad decoration versatility supports strong brand identity: Silk screen printing, pressure-sensitive labels, and a soft-touch surface effect give brand teams multiple paths to a premium, distinctive look, whether the goal is bold graphic branding, a tactile matte finish, or clean minimalist shelf presence.
