16.9oz/500ml 28-400 PET Cylinder Bottle with Metallic PP Lotion Pump

What this packaging is

A stepped shoulder sets this cylinder apart from standard round bottles — that subtle architectural detail on the shoulder gives the 16.9 oz / 500 ml PET bottle a more structured, premium silhouette without adding cost. The integrated metallic PP lotion pump with a silver disc cap closure keeps the overall look cohesive and shelf-ready. Available in green or purple, with a 115mm print zone that supports silk screen, heat stamp, and label decoration. The 28-400 neck finish makes it a natural fit for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion formats where a reliable pump and generous capacity are non-negotiable for the consumer experience.

Why brands choose this

• Stepped shoulder detail creates genuine shelf presence: Most cylinder bottles are exactly that — plain cylinders. The structured step design on this bottle's shoulder adds a visual break that reads as more intentional and premium on shelf, helping body care and haircare brands stand out without investing in a fully custom mold.
• Pump-and-bottle as a matched set reduces vendor complexity: The metallic PP lotion pump and silver disc cap ship as a coordinated system with the bottle, so brand teams avoid the sourcing headache of spec-matching a pump from a separate supplier. For shampoo, conditioner, and lotion formats, a reliable, pre-tested pump-to-neck fit matters every time.
• Generous 500ml capacity aligns with full-size haircare and body care norms: At 16.9 oz, this bottle hits the standard volume consumers expect for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion, making it easy to slot into existing retail and DTC ranging without requiring size education or custom carton redesign.
