What this packaging is

Slim cylinder form and an ultra-fine TPEE tip make this 2.3ml PP liquid eyeliner pen a go-to for precision eye looks, brow definition, and freckle pen applications. The pen's narrow 0.504-inch diameter and 4.843-inch height fit naturally in-hand and travel beautifully, while the top-fill mechanism simplifies production and refilling workflows. Built from lightweight polypropylene across body, cap, and wand stem, it keeps the overall weight low without sacrificing durability. Available with PCR content for brands building toward more responsible sourcing. A clean, unfussy silhouette that lets your formula and finish do the talking at shelf.

Why brands choose this

• Pinpoint accuracy that drives consumer loyalty: The ultra-fine TPEE tip delivers the kind of precision consumers expect from professional-grade eye and brow products. As fine-line and graphic eye looks dominate beauty trends, the applicator itself becomes a key purchase driver — and this tip delivers on that promise consistently.
• Slim, portable form factor built for on-the-go rituals: At under five inches tall and half an inch wide, this cylinder pen slips easily into a makeup bag, purse, or carry-on. Portability is a real purchase signal in the eyeliner and brow category, where consumers reach for their product throughout the day and expect it to travel without fuss.
• Multi-use format stretches development investment: One component designed to perform across eyeliner, eyebrow, and freckle pen applications gives brand teams real flexibility. A single tooled pen can anchor multiple SKUs across an eye collection, reducing component complexity and making range expansion more commercially efficient.
