0.03oz / 1ml PP Cylinder Liquid Eyeliner Pen with Ultra-Fine Tip

What this packaging is

An ultra-fine tip and slim cylinder silhouette make this 1ml PP liquid eyeliner pen a precision tool built for defined, detail-first application. The 5.0-inch barrel measures just 0.374 inches in diameter, keeping the pen lightweight at 4.41 grams while delivering a steady, controlled grip. The top-fill design simplifies production line filling and ensures secure closure. Constructed from polypropylene with a TPEE tip for consistent ink delivery, this pen is a natural fit for liquid eyeliner launches. Available with PCR content for brands building a more responsible product story, it suits indie and established makeup lines alike.

Why brands choose this

• Surgical precision for liner-focused brands: The ultra-fine TPEE tip delivers a controlled, consistent line width that meets the growing consumer demand for graphic liner looks and precise flicks — a format that has surged across eye makeup categories and social-driven beauty trends.
• Ergonomics that drive consumer adoption: At 5.0 inches long and under half an inch wide, this pen mirrors the feel of a quality writing instrument. That familiar grip lowers the learning curve for consumers new to liquid liner, supporting repeat purchase and positive first-use experience.
• PCR-ready construction for purpose-driven launches: The PP cylinder can be produced with recycled content, giving brand teams a credible material-reduction story without redesigning the component. It's a straightforward way to align a hero SKU with sustainability commitments and retailer sustainability scorecards.
