1.0oz /30ml Tri-Packet

What this packaging is

Three connected pouches in one tear-open strip — the 1.0oz / 30ml Tri-Packet is a mixed-material pillow sachet built for single-use convenience across beauty, wellness, and food. Its tandem format sets it apart from standard sachets, and custom die-cut options let brands punch out unique silhouettes that stand out in sampling programs, subscription boxes, or retail impulse displays. Common applications include face cleansers, shampoos, conditioners, vitamins, and condiments. Made in the USA, it offers domestic brands reliable lead times and straightforward logistics. For trial-size strategies that need to make a strong first impression, this format delivers.

Why brands choose this

• Tri-packet format creates instant shelf and unboxing differentiation: The connected three-pouch strip is a structural departure from single sachets or standard pillow packs. That tandem design signals a complete multi-use trial rather than a one-and-done sample, which can increase perceived value in subscription boxes, retail gift sets, and direct mail campaigns.
• Custom die-cut silhouettes let brands own the shape: Most sachets look alike on a shelf. The die-cut capability here means brand teams can develop a proprietary outline — a logo shape, a rounded corner profile, or a category-specific form — that turns a disposable format into a branded touchpoint. That kind of shape recognition compounds over time across sampling touchpoints.
• USA manufacturing keeps domestic sampling programs on schedule: Produced in Pennsylvania, this sachet sidesteps the import timelines and customs complexity that can derail time-sensitive sampling launches. For U.S. brands running seasonal campaigns, retail rollouts, or agile test-and-learn programs across beauty, wellness, and food categories, domestic production is a practical advantage that shows up in the calendar.
