0.7oz/20ml Refillable Monomaterial Zero Waste PP Oval Stick

What this packaging is

Built entirely from a single material — polypropylene, top to bottom — this oval PP stick eliminates the sorting problem that makes most stick packaging a recycling dead end. The 0.7oz/20ml Refillable Monomaterial Zero Waste PP Oval Stick is made in South Korea by FS Korea, a manufacturer with deep expertise in sustainable format innovation. A push-button or lift-off refill mechanism makes swapping cartridges genuinely effortless, supporting a reuse story that resonates with today's conscious consumer. Suited for deodorant, face sunscreen, balm, and hair treatment, its slim oval profile fits naturally into everyday rituals — and its glossy, matte, or metallized finish options give brands real shelf identity.

Why brands choose this

• True monomaterial design closes the recycling loop: Most stick packaging fails recyclability because it mixes PP, PE, and metal springs that consumers can't separate. This stick is 100% PP throughout — mechanism included — meaning it can enter the recycling stream as-is. For brands making credible sustainability claims, that's a meaningful, verifiable differentiator, not just a talking point.
• Refill mechanism drives repeat purchase and brand loyalty: The push-button or lift-off cartridge swap removes friction from the refill ritual, making it accessible to mainstream consumers — not just early adopters. As refillable formats gain traction across deodorant and skincare, this stick positions brands to build a subscription or refill pod model that deepens the customer relationship beyond the first purchase.
• Multi-category versatility expands development options: Deodorant, face sunscreen, balm, hair treatment — this format spans four distinct product categories, giving product development and ranging teams a single toolbox component that works across a broader portfolio. Combined with finish options in glossy, matte, and metallized plus silk screen and heat stamp compatibility, one base component can carry very different brand expressions.
