33.8oz /1.0L PE Pouch

What this packaging is

Resealable and road-ready, this 33.8oz / 1.0L PE pouch is built for high-volume liquid and paste formats — think body wash, shampoo, conditioner, bubble bath, and dish soap. The flexible pouch format dramatically cuts packaging weight compared to rigid containers, and the resealable cap means consumers can dispense, close, and come back — making it a natural fit for refill-station concepts and on-the-go use. Available with up to 70% post-consumer recycled PE content, it gives brands a credible, material-level sustainability story. Manufactured in the USA and Israel with customized sachet design options, this format is a smart move for brands building refillable or eco-conscious product lines.

Why brands choose this

• Refill-model ready out of the gate: The resealable cap and flexible pouch format align directly with the growing consumer demand for refillable personal care and home care products — making this a natural fit for brands building subscription, refill-station, or zero-waste retail concepts without redesigning their product system.
• Up to 70% PCR content — a real sustainability number: Available with up to 70% post-consumer recycled PE, this pouch lets brands make a specific, substantiated material claim rather than a vague eco-promise — which matters increasingly to retail partners and sustainability-focused consumers evaluating product lines.
• Lightweight format cuts material use across body care and home care: Compared to rigid bottles or jugs in the same capacity range, a flexible PE pouch uses significantly less material and ships lighter — reducing freight costs and carbon footprint across body wash, shampoo, conditioner, bubble bath, and dish soap SKUs where large-format packaging is common.
