2.0oz /60ml PE Pouch

What this packaging is

Four-layer laminate construction and a patented SmarTear opening define this 2.0oz PE Pouch — a single-use format engineered for precision dispensing with zero leftover product. Built for directional, fully controlled flow, it handles everything from body wash and shampoo to eye cream, face oil, and hair masks without mess or waste. Full-color, end-to-end printing on 100% of the surface means your brand gets maximum real estate. The stand-up UniStand format reduces solid waste and requires less energy to produce than rigid containers — a credible sustainability story for brands with environmental commitments. Ideal for sampling programs, travel retail, and premium unit-dose launches.

Why brands choose this

• Zero-residue dispensing cuts product waste: The controlled-flow SmarTear opening and flexible PE construction let consumers apply the entire fill cleanly — no squeezing, scraping, or leftover product. For brands in premium skincare or haircare, that translates to a better consumer experience and a stronger perceived value-per-use at point of trial.
• End-to-end print coverage drives shelf impact: Full-color, damage-free trap printing wraps 100% of the pouch surface, giving brands more printable real estate than virtually any rigid format at this size. That's a meaningful advantage in retail gifting, travel sets, and subscription boxes where packaging has to sell itself without a fixture.
• Unit-dose format unlocks multiple commercial channels: Hygienic single-use construction eliminates cross-contamination risk, making this pouch equally at home in professional salon settings, hotel amenities, clinical skincare sampling, and DTC trial kits. Spanning body wash, eye cream, hair treatment, and more, one SKU format can support ranging across an entire product line.
