1.7oz /50ml PE Pouch

What this packaging is

Four-layer laminate construction sets the 1.7oz / 50ml PE Pouch apart from standard single-use formats — delivering genuine barrier protection against moisture transmission and UV light in a flexible, stand-up format built for premium formulas. Known as the UniStand, this PE pouch is engineered for directional, controlled dispensing via a proprietary SmarTear opening that lets consumers use every last drop without waste. End-to-end full-color printing covers 100% of the surface, making it a brand canvas as much as a package. Ideal for body wash, hair treatments, eye cream, face masks, and leave-on or rinse-off formats, it's a sharp fit for travel kits, sampling programs, and single-use hospitality collections.

Why brands choose this

• Full-surface print from edge to edge: Unlike rigid tubes or bottles where label real estate is limited, the UniStand's end-to-end printing covers 100% of the pouch — giving brands a full-bleed canvas for storytelling, shade callouts, or multilingual copy without sacrificing shelf presence.
• Engineered for zero-waste dispensing: The SmarTear opening and directional-flow design work together so consumers can empty the pouch completely — a meaningful advantage for high-cost formulas like peptide serums, hair masks, or facial oils where leftover product stuck in a tube translates directly to wasted margin.
• Format versatility across haircare, skincare, and body care: With fill compatibility across body wash, shampoo, conditioner, eye cream, face oil, and hand lotion, one SKU can serve multiple ranges — streamlining vendor relationships and speeding up product development for brands building out a full collection or testing new categories.
