0.4oz /12ml PE Sachet

What this packaging is

Full end-to-end color printing across 100% of the surface is the headline feature of the 0.4oz / 12ml PE Sachet — a fully customizable single-use format built for brands that want their packaging to work as hard as their product. Manufactured in the USA and Israel, this PE sachet supports fills from 0.5ml to 12ml and can be configured as a duo, trio, or quarto design, combining multiple products — like shampoo and conditioner — into a single pack. A 4-layer laminate provides serious barrier protection against moisture and UV. PCR material is available for brands with sustainability commitments. From travel-size body lotion and face masks to vitamins and hair care, this format punches well above its footprint.

Why brands choose this

• Unprecedented print canvas for brand expression: 100% trap (reverse) printing across the entire sachet surface means no dead zones, no label placement compromises — every millimeter works for your brand. For beauty, wellness, and personal care launches where shelf presence and DTC unboxing matter, this level of decoration flexibility is rare in a sachet format.
• Multi-product combos in a single pack: The duo, trio, and quarto configurations let brands bundle complementary products — shampoo plus conditioner, serum plus moisturizer — into one cohesive sachet. This unlocks hospitality sampling, subscription box inserts, and trial kits without multiplying SKUs or assembly complexity.
• Custom shapes at low tooling cost across high-demand categories: Most sachet programs lock you into standard rectangles. This format supports custom sizes and shapes at accessible tooling costs, making it viable for emerging brands testing a new product or established brands running limited-edition sampling across shampoo, face mask, body lotion, or nutraceutical applications.
