0.2oz /5ml PP Sachet

What this packaging is

Four-layer laminate construction sets this PP sachet apart — delivering serious barrier protection against moisture and UV exposure in a compact, shelf-efficient format. The 0.2oz / 5ml PP Sachet is engineered for sampling programs and unit-dose applications across shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and face cleanser categories. Manufactured in the USA and Israel, it's available in duo, trio, or quarto configurations that bundle complementary products into one sachet — think shampoo and conditioner together. Full end-to-end color printing covers 100% of the surface with damage-free trap printing. PCR materials are available at price parity with virgin materials for sample packages under 15ml, making sustainable sampling a no-brainer for brands.

Why brands choose this

• Multi-product configurations unlock bundled sampling: Duo, trio, and quarto sachet designs let brands pair complementary products — like shampoo and conditioner — in a single package, increasing trial value and consumer engagement without adding supply chain complexity.
• PCR at price parity removes the sustainability trade-off: For sample packages under 15ml, recycled content materials are available at the same cost as virgin PP — giving brands a genuine sustainability story on sampling programs without absorbing a cost premium.
• End-to-end print coverage maximizes a small canvas: Full-bleed color printing across 100% of the sachet surface, using damage-free trap printing, means every square millimeter works as brand real estate — critical when a sample sachet is a consumer's first physical touchpoint with a product.
