0.02oz /1ml PP Sachet

What this packaging is

Full end-to-end color printing across 100% of the surface makes this 0.02oz/1ml PP Sachet one of the most brand-expressive sampling formats on the market. Manufactured in the USA and Israel, these rectangular PP sachets are built for sampling programs and unit-dose applications — spanning shampoo, conditioner, and beyond. A 4-layer laminate delivers serious barrier protection against moisture and UV, while duo, trio, and quarto configurations let you combine multiple products into a single pack. Low tooling costs for custom sizes make them practical for brands exploring new formats. Compact storage and efficient fulfillment make this sachet a smart starting point for any sampling strategy.

Why brands choose this

• End-to-end print coverage, zero dead zones: 100% of the sachet surface is printable with full-color, damage-free trap printing — giving brand teams more real estate to tell a product story than almost any other sample format.
• Duo, trio, and quarto configs simplify paired-product sampling: Combine shampoo and conditioner — or any complementary products — into a single sachet unit, reducing fulfillment complexity and delivering a more complete consumer experience in one touch.
• PCR materials at price parity for small-format sampling: For sample packages under 15ml, PCR materials are available at the same cost as virgin PP — making it straightforward for brands with sustainability commitments to spec recycled content without paying a premium.
