0.2oz /6ml 35-400 PP Straight Sided Heavy Wall Jar

What this packaging is

Heavy-wall construction gives this compact 6ml polypropylene jar a presence that punches well above its size — making it a standout choice for lip balm packaging where shelf impact matters at a small scale. The 0.2oz / 6ml 35-400 PP Straight Sided Heavy Wall Jar from Epopack features a clean straight-sided silhouette in a 1.22-inch diameter footprint, with a 35-400 neck finish that plays well with a wide range of closure options. Available in frosted, pearl, and matte finishes with silk screen, heat stamp, and spray coating decoration — this jar gives emerging and established beauty brands real creative latitude. Accessible minimums of 5,000 units make it practical for new lip balm launches or limited seasonal runs.

Why brands choose this

• Finish versatility that supports real brand differentiation: Available in frosted, pearl, and matte, with silk screen, heat stamp, and spray coat decoration options, this jar gives product developers the tools to create a distinct look across a range — or nail a single hero SKU — without switching suppliers mid-development.
• Heavy-wall construction signals quality at first touch: The thick PP walls aren't just structural — they create a weighted, premium feel that consumers associate with higher-end balm and salve products. As tactile packaging cues become a stronger purchase driver in personal care, that in-hand experience matters more than ever.
• Accessible minimums built for test launches and limited editions: At 5,000 units MOQ, this made-to-order jar is a realistic entry point for indie beauty brands, seasonal collections, or co-branded lip care runs — letting brands commit at a scale that matches demand without overextending inventory budgets.
