22-400 Smooth PP Twist-Lock Serum Pump, 0.5cc Dosage

What this packaging is

A locked-until-ready twist mechanism sets this serum pump apart — preventing accidental dispensing during shipping and in-transit handling, which matters for e-commerce brands as much as retail. The 22-400 Smooth PP Twist-Lock Serum Pump delivers a precise 0.5cc dose per stroke through a smooth PP actuator with a stainless steel spring, making it a reliable fit for face serums, face moisturizers, hair serums, and scalp serums. The 22mm neck with 400 finish gives it broad bottle compatibility, and decoration options including heat stamping and aluminum shell customization let brands build a shelf presence that matches the formula inside.

Why brands choose this

• Twist-lock mechanism built for e-commerce distribution: Accidental dispensing during shipping is a real cost — in product waste, returns, and customer experience. The twist-lock design keeps the pump sealed until the consumer is ready to use it, making this a smart default for DTC and omnichannel serum brands shipping direct to consumer.
• Exact 0.5cc dosage supports premium serum positioning: Consumers are increasingly dose-aware, especially in serums and scalp treatments where efficacy is tied to consistent application. A calibrated 0.5cc stroke reinforces the sense that the formula inside is potent and purposeful — a subtle but real signal of product quality.
• 22-400 neck fit spans a wide range of bottle formats: The 22mm 400 finish is one of the most common neck specs across glass and plastic serum bottles, giving formulators and brand teams flexibility to pair this pump with existing or new bottle tooling without compatibility concerns — useful when ranging across multiple SKUs.
