0.2oz/7.2ml PP Round Chubby Stick

What this packaging is

Compact enough to sit between a lip liner and a blush brush, the 0.2oz/7.2ml PP Round Chubby Stick is built for the multi-use makeup moment. This polypropylene stick format spans blush, lipstick, lip balm, and eyeshadow — a format that travels well and merchandises even better. At 2.35 inches tall and 1.16 inches in diameter, its stubby silhouette is instantly recognizable on shelf and in-hand. Top-fill and bottom-fill options give manufacturers real flexibility, and decoration via silk screen, heat stamp, and offset printing means brand customization is fully supported. Available with PCR content for brands building a more considered material story. A format that fits naturally into any trend-forward, on-the-go color cosmetics line.

Why brands choose this

• Format built for the multi-tasking makeup trend: The chubby stick silhouette has become a signature format in color cosmetics — consumers recognize it as portable, precise, and mess-free. With end uses spanning blush, lip, and eye, this single component can anchor an entire multi-use product range.
• Decoration flexibility that protects brand identity: Silk screen, heat stamp, and offset printing are all supported, giving brand and design teams real options for applying logos, shades, and finishes directly to the PP surface — no secondary labeling required to achieve a polished, retail-ready look.
• PCR material availability for sustainability-minded brands: The base PP construction can be sourced with recycled content included, giving brands a tangible material reduction story to bring to retail buyers or sustainability-focused consumers without redesigning the component.
