0.2oz/5.5ml ABS Square Lipstick with Aluminum Shell

What this packaging is

A square aluminum shell makes this lipstick tube an instant shelf differentiator in a category full of round forms. The 0.2oz / 5.5ml ABS Square Lipstick with Aluminum Shell pairs a tactile metal exterior with a Ø12.7mm cup — sized right for traditional bullet lipstick and solid balm formats. Anodizing, laser etching, and silk printing options give brand teams real flexibility to customize finish and decoration without switching suppliers. The tight-fit closure keeps product intact through transit and retail handling. Available with PCR content for brands building a more responsible material story, this tube is built for prestige lip color lines that want form and function to earn the same attention.

Why brands choose this

• Ownable square silhouette in a round-dominant category: Most lipstick tubes are cylindrical — this square aluminum format creates immediate shelf contrast and a more architectural, editorial aesthetic that resonates with the premium and clean beauty positioning trending across the lip category right now.
• Metal exterior that signals quality the moment it's touched: The aluminum shell delivers a weighted, cool-to-the-touch experience that elevates perceived product value before the consumer even opens the tube — an important driver of purchase confidence and gifting appeal in the prestige lip segment.
• Decoration versatility built for brand expression: Anodizing, laser etching, and silk printing are all supported on a single component, so brand teams can move between matte metal finishes, engraved logos, and color printing without sourcing multiple packaging vendors or managing separate tooling conversations.
