Smooth 64-Special Straight Sided Flat Threaded Closure

What this packaging is

A 64mm PP threaded closure engineered with a special neck finish that creates an unusually secure seal — the kind of fit that matters when you're packaging anything from rich body scrubs to delicate eye treatments. The Smooth 64-Special Straight Sided Flat Threaded Closure from Calaso brings European design precision to a clean, straight-sided flat profile with a slightly glossy black finish that reads polished without needing decoration. Versatile enough to work across lip care, face moisturizers, hair treatments, and body lotions, this closure is a strong finishing component for brands building a cohesive, professional-looking line.

Why brands choose this

• Unusually low MOQ for a custom-spec closure: At just 50 units, this is one of the most accessible entry points available for a specialty threaded closure — ideal for indie brands testing new formats, limited-edition drops, or small-batch product development without heavy inventory commitment.
• Special neck thread delivers a seal above standard: The 64-special neck finish isn't a generic thread spec — it's engineered for a tighter, more consistent closure fit, which matters for preserving emulsions, oils, and scrubs that can degrade or leak with standard closures over time.
• One closure, six categories — serious ranging advantage: The straight-sided flat profile pairs naturally with wide-mouth jars and tubes across lip, eye, face, body, and hair formats, giving product development teams a single closure component they can range across an entire collection for a unified brand aesthetic.
