3.4oz /100ml 58-Special Glass Straight Sided Jar

What this packaging is

A 58-special neck finish sets this straight-sided glass jar apart from standard cosmetic jar formats — and that's before you factor in the six decoration options available, from etching to heat stamping to spray coating. The 3.4oz / 100ml 58-Special Glass Straight Sided Jar (also known as the Aspen Glass Jar) is a clear glass, single-wall jar sized precisely for eye creams, face moisturizers, vitamins, gummies, and powders. Sourced from Calaso, a glass packaging manufacturer with European design heritage and US warehouse distribution, quality control is built into the supply chain. With an MOQ of just 40 units — genuinely rare in glass — this is an accessible entry point for indie brands, pilot runs, or limited-edition launches without a major upfront commitment.

Why brands choose this

• 40-unit MOQ unlocks glass for small brands: An MOQ of 40 units is almost unheard of for a glass jar at this size and quality level. It opens the door for indie brands, limited-edition drops, or multi-SKU development without locking up budget in excess inventory — a genuine competitive edge in glass packaging.
• Six decoration paths, one versatile canvas: Compatible with silk screen print, heat stamping, etching, spray coating, tampo pad print, and labelling — plus frosted and spray coating finish options — this jar adapts to wildly different brand aesthetics without switching components. One jar, many brand identities.
• Clear glass drives consumer confidence across categories: The transparent construction lets consumers see exactly what's inside, whether that's a rich eye cream, a vitamin powder, or gummies. In a market where ingredient transparency is a growing purchase driver, visible product builds trust and reduces hesitation at the shelf or online.
