0.5oz /15ml 40-400 Glass Straight Sided Jar

What this packaging is

Flint glass construction gives this straight-sided jar an exceptional clarity that puts the product — not the packaging — front and center. The 0.5oz / 15ml 40-400 Glass Straight Sided Jar from Calaso's Olive series is sized precisely for lip balms, face moisturizers, and sampling formats where small-batch presentation still needs to feel premium. The wide-mouth opening makes filling and consumer access effortless, while the 40-400 thread neck opens up a wide world of compatible closures. Six decoration techniques — including silk screen, heat stamping, and etching — give brand teams real creative range. Crafted in Europe with design heritage to match, this jar brings credibility to sampling programs and hero SKUs alike.

Why brands choose this

• Accessible minimums for indie brands and sampling programs: At just 96 units MOQ, this jar removes the usual barrier to entry for small batch launches, limited-edition runs, or trial-size sampling programs — letting emerging brands test concepts without heavy upfront inventory commitment.
• Six decoration techniques on a single component: Silk screen, heat stamping, spray coating, etching, labeling, and tampo pad print are all compatible with this jar, plus frosted finish options — giving brand teams the flexibility to land very different aesthetics without switching components across a product range.
• Ideal size for the fastest-growing sampling and gifting channel: The 15ml format hits the sweet spot for deluxe samples, gift-with-purchase sets, and travel retail — categories that are expanding rapidly as brands invest in trial-driving formats. Premium glass in this size signals quality that plastic alternatives simply can't match at point of gifting.
