0.2oz /5ml 33-400 Glass Straight Sided Jar

What this packaging is

Clear flint glass and a clean straight-sided silhouette make this 5ml / 0.2oz jar a natural fit for lip balm and sample-size cosmetic applications. The 0.2oz 33-400 Glass Straight Sided Jar from Calaso — part of their Olive design series — features a subtly concave base that adds quiet distinction to an otherwise minimal form. The 33-400 neck finish opens up a wide range of closure options, and the smooth glass surface takes decoration beautifully: silk screen, heat stamping, etching, spray coating, and more. With genuinely accessible minimums for emerging brands or limited-edition runs, this European-crafted jar is a smart entry point for elevated sampling programs or boutique lip care lines.

Why brands choose this

• Remarkably low minimums for a glass format: At an MOQ of just 140 units, this jar removes the usual barrier to entry for glass packaging — making it genuinely viable for indie brands, sampling programs, limited-edition collections, or concept testing without a large upfront commitment.
• Decoration-ready surface supports strong brand customization: The smooth flint glass body is compatible with six decoration methods — silk screen, heat stamping, spray coating, etching, labelling, and tampo pad print — giving brand teams real flexibility to land the right aesthetic, from clean and clinical to luxe and artisanal.
• Transparent glass drives consumer confidence at the moment of trial: As sampling and discovery formats grow in prestige retail and subscription beauty, clear packaging that lets consumers see the product inside builds immediate trust and reinforces shade or texture cues — a meaningful edge for lip balm and skin-sample SKUs.
