9g Top Fill Oval Twist-Up Cosmetic Stick with Side Wheel

What this packaging is

A compact oval stick with a side wheel and a slanted-top cover, made for balm and cheek products. The 9g Top Fill Oval Twist-Up Cosmetic Stick with Side Wheel holds 9g and is filled from the top. At W25.19mm x L30.06mm x H67.25mm it stands out from round tubes while staying pocket-friendly. Custom colors and a range of decoration and finish options are available. A good fit for blush, contour, foundation and lip balm lines. Choebe Group manufactures it in Guangdong, China, and orders start from 10,000 units.

Why brands choose this

• Side wheel makes one-handed use easy: Turning the wheel advances the formula, so the stick can be used without twisting a base, which suits balm, blush and contour applied on the go. That is a real usability advantage in a category dominated by twist bases.
• Oval barrel gives a slim, pocketable profile: At W25.19mm x L30.06mm x H67.25mm (0.99 x 1.18 x 2.65 inches) the 9g stick is distinct from round competitors and fits easily in a small bag. A distinctive footprint helps the pack read as a considered design.
• Slanted-top cover adds a design signature: The angled cover gives the pack a recognizable shape, with a PP component in the build and silk screen, heat stamping and spray coating available for decoration.
