What this packaging is

A small all-PP stick with a clear inner cap and a metallic-finish outer cap. The 8.2g Monomaterial Bottom Fill PP Cylinder Twist-Up Cosmetic Stick with Sealing Disc is filled from the bottom and protects the formula with a PP sealing disc. At Ø27.0mm x H69.8mm it suits foundation, concealer, balm and face sunscreen formats. Custom colors and a range of decoration and finish options are available for brand orders. Choebe Group manufactures it in Guangdong, China, and orders start from 10,000 units.

Why brands choose this

• Clear inner cap shows the product: A transparent inner cap lets shoppers see the formula color, which helps sell foundation, concealer and balm sticks. It is a small visual detail that makes the product feel considered.
• Metallic outer cap adds a premium look: The outer cap is shown in silver, rose gold and gold, giving brands a luxury finish without a secondary decoration step. It gives brand teams a finish upgrade without a separate decoration step.
• All-PP construction with a sealing disc: A PP sealing disc protects the formula until first use, and the single-material build supports recycling. At Ø27.0mm x H69.8mm (1.06 x 2.75 inches) the 8.2g stick is easy to carry.
