7.2g Top Fill PP Cylinder Mini Twist-Up Balm Stick

What this packaging is

A mini airtight twist-up stick for lip balm and balm. The 7.2g Top Fill PP Cylinder Mini Twist-Up Balm Stick pairs a PP body with LDPE and silicone components and an airtight closure. At Ø25.2mm x H50.05mm it is a pocket-size format. Choebe Group manufactures it in Guangdong, China, with custom colors and a range of decoration and finish options. Orders start from 10,000 units.

Why brands choose this

• Airtight closure protects the formula: The sealed design keeps lip and spot balms from drying out or picking up odors between uses, with LDPE and silicone components completing the seal.
• Small 7.2g format suits lip care and sampling: At Ø25.2mm x H50.05mm (0.99 x 1.97 inches) the stick fits comfortably in a pocket, which is how lip balms are carried and used.
• Top-fill PP build keeps production simple: A PP body takes silk screen, heat stamping and spray coating, with custom colors available for brand orders.
