What this packaging is

A full-size 50g airtight stick for deodorant, balm and sunscreen. The 50g Bottom Fill PP Cylinder Twist-Up Deodorant Stick pairs a PP body with a silicone component and a bottom-fill build. At Ø40.0mm x H110.3mm it delivers a substantial in-hand feel. Custom colors and a range of decoration and finish options are available. A practical choice for natural deodorant and body balm launches. Choebe Group manufactures it in Guangdong, China, and orders start from 10,000 units.

Why brands choose this

• Airtight seal protects the formula: The airtight closure keeps deodorant and balm formulas from drying out or absorbing odors between uses, which matters. That helps protect product quality from the factory through to the consumer's bag.
• 50g fill matches full-size deodorant expectations: A familiar twist-up stick at 50g suits deodorant, balm and face sunscreen ranges that need to look and feel like a full-size product.
• Silicone component supports the build: The PP body is combined with silicone, and at Ø40.0mm x H110.3mm (1.57 x 4.34 inches) the stick has the presence of a full-size product, with silk screen, heat stamping and spray coating available.
