What this packaging is

A slim 18mm-cup cylinder that holds 11.4g and handles balms and complexion sticks alike. The 11.4g Top Fill PP Cylinder Twist-Up Balm Stick with 18mm Cup pairs a PP body with ABS, HDPE and POM parts and a simple twist-up mechanism. Top filling keeps production straightforward, and at Ø26.2mm x H99.5mm it fits comfortably in hand and in a bag. Custom colors and a range of decoration and finish options let brands tailor the look. A practical choice for blush, contour, foundation, concealer and balm launches. Choebe Group manufactures it in Guangdong, China, and orders start from 10,000 units.

Why brands choose this

• Multi-use cup size covers balm and complexion formulas: The 18mm formula cup suits balms as well as blush, contour, foundation and concealer sticks. One component lets a brand build several SKUs without changing tooling. That compresses development time and simplifies supplier management.
• Slim cylinder keeps the stick easy to carry: At Ø26.2mm and 99.5mm tall (1.03 x 3.92 inches), it is narrow enough for a bag or pocket yet long enough to hold 11.4g of product. That balance suits portable color and care formats. Portable formats are what many lifestyle-driven brands are building around.
• Mixed-material build matches each part to its job: A PP body is combined with ABS, HDPE and POM components, so the moving parts and the housing can each use the material best suited to them. Decoration options include silk screen, heat stamping and spray coating. It lets brands keep a durable, familiar feel without compromising function.
